So… trading psychology. Is it just about not crying when I see my stop loss hit (again) or is there some secret zen monk ritual nobody told me about? Are the pros really ice-cold robots or does everyone else yell at their laptop too?
Do I need to meditate, take up interpretive dance, or just accept that my emotional range will look suspiciously like the S&P 500 during earnings season?
Would love to hear how everyone else keeps their sanity—or at least pretends to—while the market does its best impression of a rollercoaster designed by a lunatic. Any rituals? Mantras? Or do we all just eat snacks and hope for the best?
